Come Home Collective

You've built a beautiful life.
So why does it feel this heavy?

You're capable. You're accomplished. Everyone depends on you and you show up every single time.
But somewhere underneath all the doing, achieving, and taking care of everyone else... you got lost.

This isn't about your life being bad. It's about being exhausted from carrying it alone and from living by invisible rules you never consciously agreed to:

Be productive to be worthy.

Earn your rest.

Put yourself last to be a good woman.

The Come Home Collective was created for the high-functioning woman who looks fine from the outside and is soul-tired on the inside. The woman who's ready to stop surviving her life and finally start feeling at home in it.

If any part of you just exhaled reading that, keep reading. What's waiting for you below might be exactly what you've been looking for.

  • You've secretly wondered: "Who is taking care of me?" … and felt guilty for even thinking it

  • You don't know what you want anymore. You've spent so long putting that question last, it's almost disappeared

  • You've tried the vacation, the planner, the better routine. They helped for a minute. But the overwhelm came back, because those things weren't actually the problem

  • You're surrounded by people and still feel profoundly alone in what you're actually carrying

  • You're not burned out because your life is bad. You're burned out because you've been running on rules you never consciously agreed to:

    Your needs come last.
Asking for help means you're weak.
If you slow down, everything falls apart.
Being everything to everyone is just what good women do.

Does any of this sound like you?

From the outside, your life looks like a success story. But on the inside, something feels off, and you can't quite explain it to anyone.

The problem was never you.
It was the programming.

And when you finally begin to dismantle those old patterns, something shifts. Not just in how you feel … but in how you show up for everything and everyone you love.

This space is for you if…

You don't have to be falling apart to belong here. You just have to be tired of holding it all together alone.

  • You're the "strong one" in every room (at work, at home, in your friendships) and you're exhausted from never being allowed to be anything else

  • You've built an impressive life and you're starting to realize the problem isn't your circumstances. It's the patterns you've been carrying through them

  • You know what you should do. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and understand the concepts intellectually, but knowing and actually living it are two very different things

  • You're ready for consistent support while you practice this work in real life. Not another course that gives you more information and leaves you to figure out the rest alone

Something in you knows there's a version of yourself underneath all the roles and responsibilities that you haven't fully met yet and you're ready to find her

If you read that and felt something … that's not a coincidence.
That's her. Trying to get your attention.

Here’s what you’ll receive inside the Collective…

Every element of this experience was designed to give you the consistent support, space, and tools to actually live this work, not just understand it.

Two Live Group Coaching Calls Each Month

This is where you stop going at it alone. Bring your real life with the hard conversations, the patterns you can't shake, the moments you don't know how to handle and get real support from someone who understands exactly what you're carrying.

Connection With Other Women in the Collective

Finally, be in a room (even a virtual one) where you don't have to explain yourself. Where the other women get it because they're carrying a similar invisible weight.

Replay Access

Because your life doesn't pause for a scheduled call. Every session is recorded so you can access the support whenever it fits your real life — without guilt, without falling behind, and without pressure to show up perfectly.

“Ask Amber” Support Sessions

Breakthroughs happen when you apply practices to your life. These dedicated sessions give you space to bring your particular situation (your relationship, your patterns, your moment) and get support that's tailored to what you’re carrying.

Nervous System, Mindset & Identity-Based Practices

These aren't worksheets to add to your to-do list. These are the tools that address the root of what keeps you stuck so you stop managing your symptoms and start shifting the patterns underneath them.

Ongoing Encouragement & Support Between Calls

This isn't a place you visit once a month and forget about. It's a consistent presence in your life … a place that holds space for you even in the ordinary weeks when nothing dramatic is happening, but you still need someone in your corner.

This is not more to manage.
This is the place where you finally get to receive.

Come as you are.

This is what changes when you come home to yourself…

You're not broken. You don't need to be fixed. You need to be uncovered.
To just be you … more grounded, more present, and finally free from the weight you were never meant to carry alone.

Instead of waking up already exhausted before the day has even started...
You begin waking up with a sense of yourself that doesn't disappear the moment everyone else needs something.

Instead of moving through your days on autopilot checking boxes, managing everyone, collapsing at the end...
You begin actually feeling present for your life. Not performing it. Living it.

Instead of the mental chatter that never quiets — the second-guessing, the guilt, the not-enough loop running in the background...
You start trusting yourself. Your instincts, decisions, and your right to take up space.

Instead of snapping at the people you love most and then beating yourself up for it...
You begin responding from a place of groundedness rather than reacting from a place of depletion.

Instead of putting yourself last and calling it love...
You begin understanding that coming home to yourself doesn't take you away from the people you love. It brings you back to them.

Instead of knowing what you should do and still feeling stuck...
You begin actually living the change, not just understanding it intellectually but feeling it in your body and your daily life.

You don't have to earn your way back to yourself.

You don't have to wait until the kids are older, the job is less demanding, or life finally slows down.

You don't have to keep putting yourself last and hoping one day there will be something left over for you.

The woman you've been looking for isn't somewhere out there.
She's already in you.
And she's been waiting a long time.

The Come Home Collective was created by someone who knows exactly what it costs to wait … and what becomes possible when you finally stop.

Amber created this space because she has lived everything on this page…

This isn't a program built from theory. It was built from the inside of the experience you're in right now.

For most of my life I operated on one setting: Go.

A Division I college basketball athlete. A 17-year career in U.S. Air Force Government Acquisition. A marriage. Four kids. A life that looked, from the outside, like the definition of success.

And on the inside? I had no idea who I was outside of my roles.

I was the high-achieving woman who looked unstoppable and felt invisible. I was performing strength so relentlessly that I had completely lost the woman underneath the performance. The guilt, the overwhelm, the sense that no matter how much I gave it was never quite enough.

I just thought I needed to push harder.

Until my body told me otherwise.

Asking for help felt like admitting I couldn't handle it. But something in me knew that pushing harder, giving more, and taking up less space wasn't working anymore.

So for the first time in my life … I chose myself.

Coaching helped me see the invisible web I'd been living inside. The guilt-laced conditioning that told me my worth was measured by how much I produced and how little I needed. I now call it the Motherhood Matrix. The more I talked to women just like me, the more I realized, I wasn't the only one trapped inside it.

I rewired the beliefs that were keeping me stuck in control and perfectionism. I reconnected with the strong, capable, whole woman I had always been underneath all the roles, the rushing, and the relentless self-sacrifice.

And then I knew I had to help other women do the same.

Today I'm a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, author of Escape the Motherhood Matrix, and founder of B'joyed Coaching. My work is rooted in neuroscience, body-based practices, and the kind of deep identity work that doesn't just change how you think, it changes how you live.

I've worked with women who lead teams at work and households at home. Women who have built impressive careers and beautiful families and still quietly wonder if this is all there is. Women who are, by every external measure, crushing it and are exhausted from the non-stop doing.

I know her well.

Because I was her.

I created the Come Home Collective because I couldn't find this space when I needed it most. A place that met high-functioning women at their level … that didn't ask them to slow down before it helped them understand why they couldn't. A place that understood the particular exhaustion of being capable, accomplished, and soul-tired all at once.

This is the experience I wish I'd had.

And I built it for you.

Women who have done this work with Amber...

The Come Home Collective is newly launched, but the transformation you're reading about on this page is not new. Here's what women who have worked with Amber say about what changed.

"Coaching completely transformed the way I show up as a leader at work and as a mom at home. I've learned to focus on outcomes, ask better questions, and empower the people around me rather than carrying everything myself. The shift has been profound: my team is more engaged and collaborative, and I'm more present with my kids. Having Amber as a coach to help me navigate it all was truly invaluable."

— Kori, Leader & Mom of two

"As a leader at work and mother of three, I spent years trying to meet every expectation placed on me, believing that was who I was supposed to be. Amber helped me see the invisible patterns shaping my life and reclaim my voice, clarity, and direction."

— Alanna, Leader & Mother of Three

"What Amber has taught me through coaching is that I'm still here. I'm valuable. I still have a unique voice, and a desire for more that I had let come second to the needs of the people around me. She gave me practical and solution-focused exercises to reframe, set boundaries, and find clarity — to come back to myself when I'm overwhelmed. Having Amber is like having an experienced guide on an expedition. Ultimately, it's my responsibility to make the journey and decide where I want to go, but I don't have to do it alone. I have someone who can still see clearly when I'm in a fog."

— Katie, Professional and Mom of two

These women weren't broken.
They were buried under old conditioning and unrealistic expectations.
And they found their way back.

If you're ready to do the same, here's how to join us.

Still have questions? I got you covered…

Here are the questions I hear most often from women considering the Collective.

I'm already so busy. How is adding something else going to help?

This is the most common thing I hear, and I understand it completely. The Come Home Collective isn't something else to manage. It's the place where you finally stop managing everything alone. There are no rigid schedules to keep up with, no pressure to show up perfectly, and replay access means you can participate in a way that fits your real life. This isn't being added to your plate. This is what helps you put some things down.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching focused on patterns, identity, mindset, and moving forward. We're not going back to diagnose the past (although it’s ok to acknowledge it). We're working with who you are right now and who you're becoming. That said, I deeply respect the role of therapy and will always say so if I believe that’s something that may be helpful. Many women find coaching and therapy work beautifully alongside each other.

I've tried other programs and they didn't stick. How is this different?

Most programs give you information and send you home to figure out the rest alone. The Come Home Collective gives you consistent support while you practice living the change in real life … in your actual relationships, your actual job, your actual household. The ongoing presence of a community and a coach walking alongside you while you do the work helps create real change.

I'm not sure I'm ready. Is this the right time?

Here's what I've noticed in the women I work with: there is never a "right" time when you're in survival mode. Waiting for life to slow down before you invest in yourself is exactly the pattern that keeps you stuck. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to show up — imperfectly, honestly, and as you are. That's all this space requires.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and replay access is available for group calls. You will never fall behind. You will never have to choose between this and your life. The Collective was designed specifically for women whose lives don't pause on command because that's exactly who this work is for.

Is this only for mothers?

The Come Home Collective is designed for high-functioning women who are carrying more than they were meant to carry alone, whether that includes motherhood or not. If the words on this page have resonated with you, this space was made for you.

What if I join and it's not the right fit?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Before you invest, I want to make sure this is genuinely the right space for you right now. I'm not interested in enrolling women who aren't ready or who need something different. Book a call and let's get clear together, with no pressure either way.

If you still have a question that isn't answered here,
I want to hear it.

You've been taking care of everyone else for a long time.
It's your turn
...

You didn't find this page by accident.

Something in you has been pulling toward this. Toward more presence, more peace, more of yourself for longer than you've probably admitted.

You've been waiting for the right time.
You've been waiting until things slow down.
You've been waiting until you've earned it.

But what if the waiting is the very thing keeping you from coming home?

The Come Home Collective is not about becoming someone new.
It's not about doing more or achieving more.

It's about finally stopping long enough to remember who you already are
beneath the roles, the pressure, the impossible expectations,
and the invisible rules you never consciously agreed to.

The woman you've been looking for is already in you.
She has been waiting patiently.
And she is ready when you are.
