Meet Amber Pecoraro

I lived inside the Motherhood Matrix too.

I was the high-achieving working mom who had it all — and felt like she was quietly disappearing. If that sounds familiar, you're exactly where you need to be.

I looked unstoppable. I felt invisible.

For most of my life, I operated on one setting: go. Growing up in small-town Indiana, I learned that hard work and discipline were the answers to everything. That belief earned me a Division I college basketball scholarship, a 17-year career in U.S. Air Force Government Acquisition, and a life that looked, from the outside, like the definition of success.

I was also a mom of four, married, and holding it all together — or so everyone thought.

The truth? I had no idea who I was outside of my roles. I was so busy performing strength that I'd completely lost the woman underneath the performance. The guilt, the overwhelm, the sense that no matter how much I gave it was never quite enough. I just thought I needed to push harder.

"I needed to be in control. I needed to be strong enough to take care of everyone else first. Until my body told me otherwise."

— Amber Pecoraro

Then I found coaching…

Asking for help felt like admitting I couldn’t handle it. But something in me knew that pushing harder, giving more, and taking up less space wasn't working. So for the first time, I chose myself.

Coaching didn't just help me manage my stress. It helped me see the invisible web I'd been living inside — the guilt-laced conditioning that told me my worth was measured by how much I produced and how little I needed. I called it the Motherhood Matrix. And the more I talked to women just like me, the more I realized: I wasn't the only one trapped inside it.

I rewired the beliefs that were keeping me stuck in control and perfectionism. I reconnected with the strong, capable, whole woman I had always been underneath all the roles, the rushing, and the relentless self-sacrifice. I knew I had to help other women do the same.

My Mission

To help 10,000 moms escape the Motherhood Matrix

I founded B'joyed Coaching and wrote Escape the Motherhood Matrix because I believe high-achieving women deserve to stop disappearing into their own lives. You were made for more than managing and performing. You were made to be whole.

I wrote the book I needed when I was stuck

Escape the Motherhood Matrix is the no-fluff guide to identifying the invisible conditioning keeping you stuck and dismantling it for good. It's the book I wish someone had handed me when I was running on empty and calling it strength.

Get notified when it’s available by signing up for my book Inner Circle.

If any of this sounds like your life…

You're not stuck because you're not strong enough. You're stuck because you've been playing by rules that were never yours to begin with. Let's change that.

“Coaching completely transformed the way I show up as a leader at work and as a mom at home. I've learned to focus on outcomes, ask better questions, and empower the people around me rather than carrying everything myself. The shift has been profound: my team is more engaged and collaborative, and I'm more present with my kids. Having Amber as a coach to help me navigate it all was truly invaluable."

Amber’s Bio

Amber Pecoraro is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach on a mission to help moms escape what she calls the “Motherhood Matrix” — the invisible web of guilt, overwhelm, and never-enoughness that countless women feel stuck in.

With 17 years of leadership experience in U.S. Air Force Government Acquisition, Amber knows firsthand how high-achieving women can look unstoppable yet feel exhausted and unseen. As a mom of four kids, she lived the tension between success on the outside and burnout on the inside. Coaching became her turning point, allowing her to step into her truest self — powerful, present, and whole.

Now, as founder of B’joyed Coaching and author of the upcoming book Escape the Motherhood Matrix, Amber equips women with practical tools rooted in neuroscience and body-based practices to dismantle old conditioning, reclaim their energy, and step into leadership at home, work, and in life as their whole selves.

When she’s not coaching, you can find Amber soaking in nature on a peaceful walk or spending quality time with her family.

“I had been dealing with several mindset issues that were inhibiting me from moving my business forward. I knew I needed a breakthrough, but was a little nervous about working with a coach. I didn’t know what to expect. I’m so glad I decided to work with Amber though. During each coaching session we talked about my mindset issues, how to process them, and practical ways to overcome them. Amber’s guidance and knowledge helped me overcome those issues and I feel like a completely different business owner!”
