I’m Amber Pecoraro…

Being a high achiever ran in my blood as a country girl growing up in Indiana and playing competitive sports.

My hard work and drive to be successful earned me a scholarship playing Division I college basketball. That experience, along with earning my Masters in Business, propelled me to a successful career in Government Acquisition.

I built a family and a life anyone would be proud of.

However, the constant noise and limiting beliefs in my head felt like a hamster wheel I couldn't get off of.

I felt the need to always be in control even though I was overwhelmed by my responsibilities as a mom, wife, and professional.

I was holding myself back from being happy in a life that was the picture of happiness, but I didn't know how to stop.

My body knew the answer and it showed me through tough love. My health faded and I was forced to face the thinking that once served me and was now holding me back –

The need to be in control

Being strong enough to push through things on my own

Taking care of everyone else before myself

I worked with a coach to help me see my blind spots, identified new thinking to get me where I wanted to be, and connected with the confident and resilient Indiana girl I grew up as. Connecting with my inner wisdom allowed me to step into my true self and trust myself. It has empowered me to use my gifts to help others through coaching.

My personal journey strengthened my abilities as a coach and inspires me to empower other ambitious women to manage subconscious thoughts that hold them back, calm overwhelm, and unleash their confidence to put their gifts out in the world.

“I had been dealing with several mindset issues that were inhibiting me from moving my business forward. I knew I needed a breakthrough, but was a little nervous about working with a coach. I didn’t know what to expect. I’m so glad I decided to work with Amber though. During each coaching session we talked about my mindset issues, how to process them, and practical ways to overcome them. I had “homework” to do each time that helped me stay focused between sessions. Amber’s guidance and knowledge helped me overcome those issues and I feel like a completely different business owner!”

“Amber coached me on issues/problems I was facing and helped me approach their solutions from alternate perspectives. Amber provided me with insight into my own subconscious biases, and helped me to see how they affected my decision making process. Because of these sessions, I am a better decision maker, a better supervisor, and am more able to provide coaching to employees on my team. This program was invaluable towards my leadership development.”

“Participating in the coaching program has allowed me to further develop my skills as a supervisor. This program has not only equipped me with skills and techniques to better lead my team, but has also been a great reminder that coaching others is just as important as coaching myself.”

— Courtney

“With all the responsibilities levied upon a supervisor, it can be difficult to actually make a difference with training, mentoring, and rewarding of employees. In addition, delegating and trusting others with complex tasks can be a challenge. From the coaching sessions with Amber, I have been inspired as a supervisor to delegate more actions to my employees and hold other members of the team accountable for the products they send to our organization.”
